Terms and Conditions – 8777sx Online Gaming Platform

1. General — Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 8777sx platform, accessible at 8777sx.onl and through the official 8777sx mobile application. The Terms govern every aspect of your use of the platform including registration, account management, financial transactions, participation in games, sports betting, promotional offers, and all communications with the 8777sx support team.

By completing the registration process and creating an account, you confirm that:

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full range of 8777sx features — including sports betting, casino games, live casino tables, bingo, and financial transactions — you must register a valid account. Guest browsing of informational pages is permitted without an account, but no real-money gaming is available without completing registration.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 8777sx platform. 8777sx treats underage gambling as a serious matter. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, any funds in the account will be held pending review, and the matter may be escalated appropriately. Age verification is required as part of the KYC process for all accounts requesting a withdrawal for the first time.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one active 8777sx account at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. 2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering and at any point during KYC verification. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, address, or identity documents — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your 8777sx login credentials secure. Do not share your password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 8777sx support immediately. 8777sx will not be held liable for losses resulting from a player failing to maintain the security of their login credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on 8777sx are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time for most supported payment methods. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name — using third-party payment sources is not permitted and may result in account suspension. 8777sx does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that was previously used for a deposit or to a verified account registered in your name. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC identity verification by submitting a valid CNIC or other accepted identity document. Withdrawal requests are subject to review. Standard processing times are as follows:

3.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

8777sx offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses at 8777sx unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at 8777sx are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum amount of real-money betting that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. 4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless the offer explicitly states it is a recurring promotion. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts or shared payment methods is considered abuse of the bonus system and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses at 8777sx expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically. 8777sx is not responsible for notifying players of imminent bonus expiry beyond the initial communication of the offer terms.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

8777sx monitors accounts for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash with minimal real-money risk. Any account found engaging in systematic bonus abuse may have bonuses removed, winnings voided, and the account suspended or closed.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

8777sx operates a sportsbook covering cricket — including Pakistan Super League and international fixtures — football, esports and other markets, alongside casino games, live casino tables, and bingo. All bets and game sessions are subject to the following general rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each product.

5.1 Sportsbook Bets

Bets placed on the 8777sx sportsbook are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be suspended during key match moments. 8777sx reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price due to a system error or manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake is returned to your account.

5.2 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned before it can be settled; a pricing error was made by 8777sx at the time the bet was accepted; the event result cannot be verified through official sources; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets have their original stake returned to the player's PKR wallet.

5.3 Casino and Live Casino

Game results in the casino section are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live casino game results are determined by real-world physical events — cards, wheels, dice — conducted by live dealers in professional studios. In the event of a technical disconnect during a live casino session, the game result will be determined by whatever outcome was reached in the studio at the time of disconnection. 8777sx will not be liable for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that affect participation in a live game round.

5.4 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must contact 8777sx support within 48 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. 8777sx's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, subject to the escalation process described in our support documentation.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

8777sx maintains a zero-tolerance approach to conduct that undermines fair play, compromises platform security, or breaches these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening more than one account (directly or through a third party)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or using insider information in betting markets
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games
• Using third-party payment accounts for deposits or withdrawals
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotional offers (bonus abuse)
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents
• Any form of chargebacks on deposits while retaining winnings from those funds

8777sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaging in any of the above activities. In cases involving fraud, the relevant PKR balance may be withheld pending investigation. 8777sx may also report relevant information to financial institutions and relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

7. Responsible Gaming

8777sx is committed to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity responsibly. The Responsible Gaming section of your account allows you to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and to activate cooling-off periods or self-exclusion. These tools are available at any time and can be activated without contacting support.

If you choose to self-exclude, 8777sx will use reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing your account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. 8. Privacy and Data Use

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy covers what data is collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights in relation to your personal data.

8777sx will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform securely.

9. Limitation of Liability

8777sx provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, 8777sx does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses caused by platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues on the player's side.

8777sx's liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's PKR wallet at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. 8777sx is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8777sx's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

10. Changes to the Platform and Termination

8777sx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, including but not limited to specific game types, payment methods, promotional programmes, or sections of the sportsbook. Where changes are material and affect existing player agreements, reasonable notice will be provided.

8777sx may terminate or suspend your account at any time with or without notice if you breach these Terms, if there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct, or if 8777sx is required to do so for operational or compliance reasons. Upon termination of an account in good standing, any remaining verified balance will be refunded via your registered payment method.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the 8777sx support team. Account closure requests are processed after any outstanding bets have been settled and any pending withdrawals have been completed.
